M-Soft-Steel (M-S-S) is the modern ERP solution specifically designed for the steel business, including ferrous, non-ferrous and iron goods, with the associated range of services. This user-friendly software is the result of more than 15 years of experience in, and knowledge of, the steel sector.
 
M-S-S offers functionalities that have been created with the steel industry in mind, rather than try to adapt a "general" ERP solution, and this should allow to stand out amongst our competitors.
 
M-Soft-Steel can work with our additional modules (e.g. M-Soft-Account) as well as being integrated with existing "general" ERP solutions (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ...).

  • Full Business Automation: Highly automated business flow, with single data input used across the board along the entire business process: quotes, orders, price enquiries, sales, purchases (both form external suppliers and inter-company), treatments (internal and external), invoices, warehouse notes, delivery notes, etc. all derive from the same initial data input, avoiding unnecessary duplications; the presence of many modern features (e.g. radio frequency allowing you to simplify the storage, logistic, and transformation processes) ensure maximum efficiency in the business flow.

Item management


 

For steel items, it is very important that you can create a correct and simple item key. Moreover this key structure should not be fixed for ever. It is changeable and extendable if necessary. This is why you can decide for yourself which characteristics are useful in an item key.

 

  • price-, purchase-, sales-, bookkeeping-, stock- and 2 consultation- units
  • it is possible to work both in imperial and metric measurements
  • you define the structure of the item keys by using the item characteristics
  • formulas: you define the conversion to unit, kilo, metre, boxes, packs, ...
  • matchcodes: you can use an alternate key for an item
  • automatic creation: you can define if new items (lengths, widths, qualities, ...) should be
  • work with or without warehouse locations
  • item descriptions are created automatically in different languages
  • goods codes (intrastat)

Prices can be reviewed via different programs (quotes, orders, stock management, purchases, ....) within M-Soft-Steel. The pricing system covers items as well as treatments.
