When using a time-recording terminal each member of staff receives a badge for "clocking" on or off. The clocking data are stored in the memory of the terminal and periodically sent to your computer system for processing.
When using an asynchronous screen, a PDA or a PC the staff member "clocks" on his/her screen/PC and the clocking data are immediately sent to the computer system. In this case processing will occur periodically.
With the use of parameters you can adapt M-Soft-Time to the specific needs of your company. M-Soft-Time offers the possibility of managing personnel in several companies (branches) by one central personnel department.
Timetables can be defined via team systems, manually adjustable per day, or automatically chosen according to the recorded clocking data. You may opt for fixed or sliding working hours, day and night shifts, intervals on coming and going.
The personnel file gives you an overview of all personnel-related data, personal calendars, clock data, calculated data, leave requests and permissions. The personnel file also allows you to archive personal documents.
The daily closing calculates the working hours. During the daily closing an irregularities list is printed with details of missing or excess hours. If necessary a daily closing can be executed several times, after making any corrections.
The results of the daily closing are printed on a list that you can adapt to your personal needs. Optionally the results may be exported to a third party (e.g. personnel manager or department).
M-Soft-Time is standardized software. All input fields are protected against incorrect use and data control is executed. Data can be quickly searched. The user-friendly menu structure allows you start up programs easily or exclude them for "unauthorized" personnel. M-Soft-Time can be operated both with the mouse and the keyboard.
M-Soft-Time can be integrated with our M-Soft-Steel software, giving an integration of working hours and production times.
The optional module for access control guarantees a perfect surveillance of your building and grounds. First, it enables you to decide to whom, when and via which entrances, access shall be granted in different zones. Second, it allows constant recording for you to check who is where at any given time, and who is given access when, and via which entrance.
Because M-Soft-Time is completely developed by M-Soft, customized software adaptations can always be delivered.
