ISO 9001
On August, 12th 2002 our drive for quality was rewarded with the DIN & ISO 9001:1994 certificate for analysis, development, implementation, training, consultancy and project management in connection with applications software developed by M-Soft in Progress for manufacturing, distribution, HRM, accountancy, presence and access registration, e-commerce, web design and customized software.
In September 2003 our quality system was brought into line with the new ISO standard and we obtained the ISO9001:2000 certificate.
This now places M-Soft among the very select group of Belgian software developers that can present such a certificate. TÜV Rheinland Belgium N.V. audited the quality system that was implemented on the company intranet. Quality manual, procedures, work instructions and documents are managed and made available to our staff via internet technology
