M-Soft has new equity partner

Currently, many M-Soft customers use our software both in Belgium and abroad. We provide them our reliable, powerful, international and multilingual M-Soft-Steel application for the steel trade combined with M-Soft-Account financial software and M-Soft Time.
Also M-Soft-Production, our software for manufacturing, is now fully integrated with this ERP solution. Thus, M-Soft-Steel is the most reliable solution for companies that deal with steel, ferrous, non-ferrous and related operations. All these qualities attract customers from different countries.
In order to strengthen the growth path in Europe – and, later on, outside Europe - M-Soft has attracted an equity partner with an ambitious vision combined with an international business development experience.
An international investor with Italian origin and a deep education in business management (including INSEAD France), who strongly believes in our project of internationalization, is ready to take the lead of M-Soft as majority shareholder.
Certainly the international expansion will be done step by step, in order to preserve the balance of M-Soft and ensure also in the future the high level of service to our clients, that we pursue from 1986.
